Vivian Gonzalez was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Science with a major in Microbiology/Immunology and English Literature, as well as minor in French from University of Miami, and the American Univeristy of Paris.
After graduating from college she worked in the Biopharmaceutical sales field for about 13 years where she had a strong record success in sales and received several awards and accolades for her performance including Newbie of The Year, Employee of the Month, Listed in All Star Reports, President’s Club Member, nominated for Salesperson of the Year and placed top 5% in her company.
In 2008 she relocated to Greenville SC for 8 years where she transitioned into the real estate world and practiced real estate in this market for 5 years, then moved back to central Florida to Orlando where she became a broker owner of Ocean Real Estate Group, LLC and a Florida real estate instructor in 2019. She is highly passionate about teaching real estate, tutoring students one on one to help pass the FL Real Estate State exam, and working with buyers, sellers, and investors in these states and specializing in the luxury property niche while taking pride in providing all of her clients from various backgrounds, and all walks of life with a high level of service, and professionalism.
She enjoys spending time with her four children and family, going to the beach, cooking, and watching movies. She speaks Spanish and French as well, and loves to divide her time between the beautiful Carolinas and her hometown Florida.
